All independent distributors are initially classified as Sales Associates. The commission/discount level on the first $600 in product sales or direct purchases is listed below:
Sales Associate Level
$0.00 - 199.99 ..............20%
$200.00 - 399.99 ...........22%
$400.00 - 600.00 ...........24%
After the first $600 in sales, distributors are automatically reclassified as Managers and the commission/discount level will range from 26% to 46% depending on the total Monthly Personal Group Volume for any particular month. Commissions will never be less than 26% from this point on:

$75.00 - 149.99 .............29%
$150.00 - 249.99 ...........32%
$250.00 - 399.99 ...........35%
$400.00 - 549.99 ...........38%
$550.00 - 749.99 ...........41%

$950.00 - 1749.99 .........45%
$1750.00 + ...................46%
